After 2 hours, orders may already be processed or dispatched, and cancellations might not be possible.

Once we receive your cancellation request within the allowed time, we will confirm the cancellation by email or phone.
If payment was already made, a full refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
