Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos or proof.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

After verifying the issue, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
