You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with photos or evidence.
Products eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is verified, we will initiate a refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods such as fresh produce or opened packages cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
